Shipping Information
Despite living in a world of immediacy, we prefer to take a little more time and care with your orders. Most of our items are hand-crafted, small batch made to order goods and apparel. As a small, independently owned business, most items are made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Typical processing time is 3-5 business days before your order gets shipped out.
*Please note that processing times may vary depending on volume / holidays, and is contingent on fulfillment speed at our processing center.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your unused item(s) within 14 business days of receipt. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. The Paganista will not accept returned items with any signs of use, wear, or damage.
For all returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
• Custom pieces, including clothing, apparel, artwork, or accessories
• Sale items
*Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes canceling or swapping sizes, items, or quantities within your order.
U.S. Return/Exchange Instructions:
If you are within the 14-business-day window and would like to process a return or exchange, please email hello@thepaganista.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
As we are a small team and many of our products are made to order, please allow up to seven business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Refunds will be issued for the item total, less the original shipping cost. Exchanges may incur additional shipping fees.

Item Condition Requirements
• Items must be clean, unworn, and undamaged
• Items must not arrive damaged, stained, or smelling of smoke, perfume, etc.
If you receive a broken, defective, or damaged item in your shipment, you must email us at hello@thepaganista.com so that we can take care of you.
Please include photo images of these items.
In cases like these, you may or may not be required to send items back.
Missing, Damaged, and Refund Policy
Claim Period:
Customers must inspect their orders upon receipt. If an item is missing or arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted within 14 days from the shipment date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for refunds, re-shipments, or service requests.
Damage Claims:
• All damage claims require photographic evidence showing that the item was damaged upon arrival.
• Photographs should depict the damaged item within its original packaging, including any visible damage to the packaging itself, to substantiate that the damage occurred prior to or during delivery.
• Claims without sufficient photographic evidence may be denied.
Refunds and Re-Shipments:
• If a valid claim is received within 14 days, the customer may choose a refund or a re-shipment, subject to product availability and our discretion.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• If a claim is submitted after 14 days or lacks required evidence, refunds or re-shipments will not be available.
